Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The Soft Society, we carefully prepare every experience to ensure a lovely and enjoyable time for our participants.

Booking Confirmation

Your spot is confirmed once registration and payment are completed and confirmation is received from The Soft Society.

Cancellations & Refunds

● 72 hours or more before the experience: Eligible for a 50% refund.

● Less than 72 hours before the experience: Bookings are non-refundable.

● Cancellation by The Soft Society: A full refund will be provided.

Booking Transfers

Bookings may only be transferred to another person with prior approval from The Soft Society.

Additional Information

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted through our official contact channels. Refunds are subject to applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
